was established as a retail store in 1976.

From humble beginnings …… The business was originally started under the name of Randpark Haberdashery, retailing haberdashery, toys, and stationery.

1979: We were approached by “Rand Park Primary School” to design and sell their school uniform. This was the beginning of a completely new and exciting venture for us. We changed our direction and name …….. And Students Schoolwear & Sports was born. We were honored to be chosen as the sole supplier of RPP. 40 years on and we are proudly still the suppliers of their uniform.

1980: Success bred success, and a year later we were approached by “Rand Park High School” to offer the same services, and here again, we are still the proud suppliers more than 40 years later.

1985–1996: By this stage, we were beginning to outgrow our premises in our little local shopping center in Randpark Drive. So we took a huge step and moved our store to The Randridger Mall. The move proved to be a huge success as this opened the door for us to become the official school uniform supplier to most of the government and private schools in the area.

1997: Student's Schoolwear & Sports grew to accommodate many more school uniforms in the area, and we were once again challenged with space. Vincent, Linda’s son joined the business and the store was moved to Honey Ridge Shopping Centre.

2007- 2022: We were honored to be approached by The Trinity Village Shopping Centre to be their anchor tenant.  This set the foundation to finally design a store that would help us realize our dream of becoming a “One Stop School Uniform Shop”, where we could then supply not only school uniforms but also sportswear and sports goods, school shoes, takkies, school cases, backpacks, tog bags, ballet wear, rain jackets, swimming accessories, hats, caps, stationery, and toys, etc.

We are so proud of what we have achieved, and the relationships we built with our suppliers, schools, and wonderful customers.
